The patient must carry:
– Passport with valid visa and migration card (for citizens from far abroad);
– Passport with migration card (for citizens from near abroad);
– Translation of the passport;
– Comfortable clothes, replacement shoes, personal hygiene items, medicines (constantly taken), mobile phone with charger.
Payment of medical services is made before the beginning of examination and hospitalization at the tariffs of the Yaroslavl Regional Clinical Hospital in cash in rubles or credit card in the Paid Services Center.
